A colema is a cross between a colonic and an enema. Less expensive than professional colon hydrotherapy treatments, and more comfortable than enemas, colema home treatments are a gentle, effective way to rinse waste from the large intestine. Preparing for home treatments by using colon cleansing fibers and herbs to hydrate, soften, and fluff-up encrusted fecal waste supports more thorough releases.

As with an enema, a colema can be done in the privacy of your own home. To do a colema, you’ll need a sturdy colema board, 5-gallon bucket with spigot, surgical-grade tubing, and a rectal tip (all items available through Oasis Wellness).

A colema allows you to hydrate your lower bowel while lying comfortably on the colema board. When sufficiently hydrated, your colon will eliminate built-up waste material by means of your body’s own peristaltic action. When you feel the urge to defacate, you’ll simply push out bowel movements right into the toilet. The process is clean and comfortable.

A colema kit is designed to simplify and enhance self-administration of a high enema in the privacy of your own home. The use of a colema kit increases comfort and effectiveness by allowing you to lie in one position, without having to get up to sit on the toilet. During the colema, you can administer water, coffee, wheat grass juice, or herbal and oil preparations of your choice.
